Our Mission

GCCC exists to make disciples of Christ in the greater DMV region (our Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria) and to the ends of the earth by sharing the gospel, and equipping God’s people for godly living.

Our Vision

We aspire to see holistic transformation, relational reconciliation and cultural renewal take place in DMV region and to the ends of the earth through the gospel of Christ.

Core Values

Gospel – We regularly behold the gospel for our identity in Christ, life of worship, loving relationships and joyful service.  The gospel is the good news that through Jesus Christ, God has fully accomplished salvation for us, rescuing us from judgement for sin into relationship with him.

God’s Word – We seek to hear, study, and apply the Bible to every aspect of our lives.

Holy Spirit – We embrace the gifts of the Holy Spirit and prayerfully rely on Him to guide and empower us in our ministry and decision-making.

Community – We build safe environments where people come together to grow deeper in their relationships with each other as they grow in their relationships with God.  Relationships grow across different life stages, races, ethnicities, socioeconomic classes, and geographic locations.

Shared ministry – We exercise our spiritual gifts to build up the body of Christ and partner together to reach a broken world.

Generosity – We sacrificially give our time, talents and treasures to God, to one another and to the world.

Accountability – We hold each other to the highest level of integrity in our pursuit of Christlikeness and in the stewardship of His resources.
