At Great Commission Community Church, we value the next generation. We see our children as the church right now and we are excited about seeing them know Jesus and obeying God’s Spirit.

Child Check In:

When you arrive, head to the God’s Garden check-in table, in the lobby. To ensure your child’s safety we check every child in, in the lobby and again in their classroom or small group. When the service is over we only release children when they have been checked out by a parent. If this is your first time at GCCC, be sure and write down your cell number on the check-in sheet so your teacher has your information, in case of an emergency. We will also ask you to fill out a New Family Card so we can get to know your family better.

Which group is my child in?

Once you check in we will let you know which rooms we are meeting in. Babies can head to the nursery and older kids (2-12) can head to large group.

Large Group is where we gather together in a big group and have fun worshiping Jesus, dancing, singing, exploring the Bible together, and build community.

After large group we head to our small groups. Small groups are divided up by ages and there we explore God’s Word together. We recognize that every age level learns and processes information differently so we do different activities and applications for every age group. We also understand that every child learns differently so we work hard to make sure we offer a variety of activities from art to STEM to storytelling to crafts so every child has an opportunity to learn and explore God’s Word.

What if my child needs me during the Service?

If your child needs you during the service, we will text you and ask you to come to their location. To ensure your child’s safety we will ask you to come and change their diaper if needed during the service.  Nursing moms are welcome to nurse in the main meeting room or in the nursery, whichever if easiest for your family.
