This five-week class aims to educate, equip, and strengthen couples who are preparing for marriage or have been been married for less than one year for a healthy, fruitful, Christ-centered marriage. We will discuss a Christian understanding of marriage and the Bible’s insights into common challenges like communication, expectations, relationships with in-laws, money, and sex. The class will include sharing from our pastors and their spouses, as well as homework assignments.

Location: We will meet at the church office at 3100 Clarendon Blvd., #200, Arlington (next to the Clarendon Metro).

Class Size: 5-8 couples

Fee: $50 per couple

Reading List: The Meaning of Marriage, by Timothy & Kathy Keller; 9 Must-Have Conversations for a Doubt-Free Wedding Day, by Gary Thomas. Please obtain these books and (1) read chapter 1 of The Meaning of Marriage and (2) answer the questions in chapter 1 of 9 Must-Have Conversations before the first meeting.
