On Sunday, November 10 from 2:00 – 4:00pm at DoubleTree Hotel in Pentagon City, we will be having a seminar on Race Literacy: Toward an understanding of race beyond assumptions in order move toward authentic unity in Christ.

What is race? Why are people so uncomfortable talking about it? This workshop, led by Steve Park, founder of Little Lights, provides a brief introduction to racial ideology to challenge our assumptions about race and what it actually is. The workshop will also gives a brief history regarding Asian Americans in relation to racial history in America. There will be opportunities for discussion and questions as well. Please feel free to bring a lunch and any friends.
