Join the Board of Women on November 15, 12pm-2pm, for a lunch conversation about expectations from and for our families of origin. The families we grew up in often shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and what we expect — from ourselves, those we love, and even from God. As the holiday season approaches, these expectations can feel especially present, offering both challenges and opportunities.
Together, we’ll explore how God invites us to recognize these influences with honesty and grace, and how we can continue to pursue healthy relationships rooted in His truth. This will be a time to share, listen, and build meaningful relationships with other sisters in Christ.
We’ll meet at a home in Annandale (address provided upon RSVP). This event is for women only.
